Event Details
This challenging workout is for active adults looking for a full-body workout. We will target multiple muscle groups, from your arms and abs to your calves and thighs. Improve functional activity for daily living by increasing your muscular strength, endurance, and range of motion! Feel free to bring optional light weights and exercise bands if you have them.
This is a hybrid class. The instructor is live in person in the Library's Auditorium. You can join on Zoom or In Person:
